Terms & Conditions
The general terms & conditions apply when you as a consumer (the “Customer”) place an order via www.C-Orange.net (the “Website”) or make a purchase at the concept store, or during a popup event hosted by C-Orange.
Once C-Orange has received an order, an electronic confirmation will be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address, as confirmation of the purchase.
It is important that the Customer enters the correct e-mail address when placing an order.
We recommend saving this e-mail since the order confirmation (receipt) also serves as an of proof of the purchase.
Payment, Prices & Fees
The prices are presented in either SEK, DKK, EUR, USD, GBP or CHF.
The price of the products is the total price (excluding potential import and custom fees). C-Orange offers free global shipping over 50 EUR. Please note that free shipping does not apply for companies.
C-Orange accepts most major credit- and debit cards (e.g. Visa, MasterCard and American Express). If the payment is not confirmed, the order will not get processed.
All prices shown on the Website are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Please note that in case of an order shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, the Customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches the delivery address. The Customer will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes.
It should be noted that C-Orange has no control over these charges and, since these charges differ between countries, C-Orange cannot predict their amount. C-Orange advises the Customer to contact the local customs office for further information.
C-Orange ships worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and their partners. Standard delivery time is estimated to 3-5 business days within the EU. Standard delivery time is estimated to 5-7 business days worldwide. In case the Customer feels the delivery is delayed in such a way that they no longer wish to fulfill the purchase, it is the Customer’s responsibility to cancel the order. In case the order has been dispatched, the Customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the Customer has received confirmation from C-Orange either by e-mail or telephone.
If a product has been discontinued, C-Orange has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the Customer. C-Orange will notify the customer if a replacement or equivalent product is available.
Returns & Exchanges
The Customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from placing the order. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received.
C-Orange does not offer free returns and the customer will need to pay the return costs. If an item is damaged during transport, C-Orange should be contacted within 30 days for information about an exchange. C-Orange does not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.
All approved refunds will get processed within 14 days of arrival to the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on the Customer’s account. Please contact C-Orange if the refund does not appear within 20 days.
C-Orange voluntarily provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (the “Warranty”) for each product sold via the Website, the concept store and popups. The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer law. For further information about consumer law, please contact the local consumer organization.
The Warranty Covers the Following
C-Orange hereby warrants that the product, for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase from C-Orange via the Website, is without defects, provided however that the product is only used in accordance with published guidelines from C-Orange for the product, including the product’s user manuals, technical specifications, etc. and subject to the limitations set forth in this document.
The Warranty only applies to the product the Customer purchased for their own use and not for resale.
The Warranty Does Not Apply to
(a) products that were bought through other channels than the Website;
(b) issues that occur more than 1year after the date of original purchase from C-Orange via the Website;
(c) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic;
(d) damage caused by any external cause, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire;
(e) damage caused by operating or use of the Product other than in accordance with published guidelines from C-Orange for the product, including the product’s user
manuals, technical specifications, etc.; or
(f) a product that has been modified.
If the Customer submits a valid claim under the Warranty, C-Orange will, at its option:
(a) repair the product; or
(b) replace the product.
